BENJAMIN WEISS is a music director, pianist, and composer who has conducted numerous shows in Off-Broadway, regional, summer-stock, and educational theatre. Ben can currently be seen playing in the pit of Disney’s The Lion King and he’s also a staff accompanist at NYU, The Growing Studio, Telsey + Co., and Tara Rubin Casting. Ben studied music education and composition at New York University where he was a student of Dr. Joseph Church. He wrote the music, lyrics, and orchestrations for his song cycle Point of View, a musical adaptation of Where The Wild Things Are, and is currently working on an adaptation of Michael Schur’s The Good Place as his second year project in the BMI Musical Theatre Writing Workshop.
